Job Summary:
Experience in healthcare domain or Facets or QNXT implementation Projects required
Experience in HEDIS domain skills is an added advantage
Experience in TRIZETTO® CLAIMSPHERE® tool is an added advantage
Strong experience in MS SQL Server, SSIS, SSRS
Should be interested to learn HEDIS domain skills
Should be interested to learn Claimsphere product
Flexible to perform product installations, data load, production support, data analysis, ETL developments and custom reports development.
To collaborate with the onshore and offshore team members to support HEDIS activities for the clients primarily through application of strong data analysis, SQL expertise, critical thinking and problem solving skills. Resource should have expertise in SQL and a good understanding of how relational database management systems work and working experience in healthcare payer/provider domain.
Participate in solution response teams to ensure technical feasibility Provide support to the Product Consultant by creating case studies, solution etc. under guidance, when required.
Provide support to the product consultant, through analyzing customer requirements and provide recommendations through interactions with the customer - Coordinate with onsite team / clients for requirements gathering / functional clarifications Identify value-adds (e.g. enhance existing features) which can address repeated issues during implementation
Participate in deployment activities like reviewing all deliverables as per the delivery checklist and mock testing all deliverables
Good communication skill and participates actively in team meetings discussions
