Oracle Cloud HCM Technical

• Have good functional knowledge about the applications (Oracle Cloud HCM)


• Implement & support HCM Cloud Applications covering conversion, integrations, customizations and reports


• Conduct Conversion/Integration Workshops


• Conduct Technical Architecture and Design Workshops


• Lead the project Technical Team for both Conversion and Integrations


• Recommend best practices in leveraging Oracle Cloud HCM technology to meet day to day business needs as well as scaling for volume and growth


• Support Design and Testing of Integrations from/to HCM Cloud from/to Third Party Vendors


• Collaborate with the offshore development team in delivering the project


• Troubleshoot issues, analyze and take appropriate action to remediate issues


• Experience with customizations/personalization and approvals/workflows


• Ability to develop adhoc reports to cater business needs using BI Publisher and OTBI.

• Minimum 3 years Technical Lead Experience


• Minimum of 1 ORC project conversion and integration  experience using HDL, integration tools


• Hands-on development, development experience using HDL BI Publisher, HCM extracts & OTBI reports, HCM Data Loader, Spreadsheet Loader.


• Hands on experience in automating end to end integration using HCM Cloud SOAP & REST/ATOM web services


• Hands on experience in developing fast formulas across HCM modules.

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience


• Proficiency in: Design business process, lead key configuration workshops, identify GAPs, identify RICEW, and design functionality and test plans, and perform testing

Thorough understanding of platforms such as Oracle® Applications

• Hands-on troubleshooting experience

• Flexible and adaptable in regards to learning and understanding new technologies

• Strong written and oral communication skills

• Strong interpersonal skills

• Ability to conduct research into software-related issues and products
