We are currently seeking a Process Improvement Analyst to work cross-functionally with business process owners, subject matter experts, and technology stakeholders to support process re-engineering and automation efforts.


In this role, you will continuously explore opportunities to improve processes and increase value-add to the business as well as develop risk knowledge.

Responsibilities include:



  • Utilizing process improvement techniques and project management, proactively diagnose inefficiencies in business processes, identify improvement opportunities, prescribe improvement strategies, and guide the improvement effort.

  • Support the logical and controlled integration of automation workflows into existing business processes and applications.

  • Prepare and present analyses, methods and results to various levels of the organization throughout different initiatives.

  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of the company’s automation approach, technologies and knowledge by sharing information, building standards, developing reference materials, and capturing lessons learned.

 


This role will be located in our corporate office in Sarasota, FL, Richardson, TX, Lake Mary, FL or Indianapolis, IN. 

Experience

Required

  • * Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, data science or risk management. Note: Relevant, progressively responsible work experience may be substituted on a year for year basis for the required education.

  • * Minimum of four years of commercial property and casualty insurance experience.

  • * Minimum of three years identifying and delivering improvements to transform and optimize business processes.

  • * General automation experience (macros, scripting, etc.) preferred.

  • * Advanced knowledge of insurance business workflows and terminology.

  • * Proficient in MS Office including Visio.

  • * Excellent communication, negotiation, interpersonal and organizational skills.
