Our work depends on a Systems Engineer joining our team to support customer activities at Bethesda, MD.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

• Bachelors


• 5+ years or relevant experience

Required Skills:

• Linux OS configuration (CentOS, Scientific Linux, Red Hat Enter Linux).


• Installation and configuration of hardware on enterprise servers.


• Bootstrapping Linux servers with scripting i.e. bash scripts or python scripts.


• Installing and updating software packages on Linux boxes including Tomcat, Apache, java.


• Setting up environment variables upon start.


• Debugging server issues .


• Experience with AWS .


• Creating and deploying AWS components using infrastructure as code such as but not limited to AWS CloudFormation (JSON and YAML)
