The i2 Sales specialist will take ownership of an assigned territory and drive revenue through new customer acquisition and by growing existing i2 customers. Focus will be on building long-lasting customer relationships to understand their needs to drive sales.
Responsibilities
Drive revenue through new customer acquisition from customer centric, value selling of the i2 intelligence analysis portfolio into your customer base.
Define and execute a strategy that ensures predictable, repeatable, and scalable sales results
Consistently exceed quotas while developing and adding new logo customers
Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships through partnering with them and understanding their core business needs.
A good team player who will work closely with other i2 teams including Technical Sales, professional services, Marketing and Product Management to efficiently and predictably drive sales cycles and exceed sales goals
Work with Channel Partner leaders and leverage the i2 Channel Partner ecosystem for growth within your territory
Recognise emerging market trends, engaging closely with Product management to align new i2 products with customer business problems
Partner with the leadership team to define optimal performance measurements and management programs designed to ensure sales organization success
Qualifications
Minimum 10 years successful track record selling and leading in an Enterprise software sales team
Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
Selling technology solutions into Defence, Public Sector and National Security a strong advantage
Understanding of the various legal and commercial frameworks relating to sales into the Public Sector.
Thorough understanding of various routes to market include sales through a strong channel partner ecosystem
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, including the ability to present complex technical topics
Strong project management skills with experience gaining team consensus and driving business
Willingness to travel when needed and host client events in corporate headquarters when necessary
