Job Description:

The Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, Belonging (DEIB) Program Manager will be responsible for developing and executing engagement initiatives with a strong focus on DEIB. These initiatives focus on creating a global culture of inclusion and belonging by highlighting Tricentis culture and values as well as helping us celebrate diverse heritage and culture while building community and awareness along with our DEIB knowledge, understanding and capability.

Key responsibilities and initiatives include but are not limited to the following:

DEIB


  • Develop and implement programs to support employee engagement, brand awareness, and commitment to the organization.

  • ERG Program Development and Management: Build out and grow our ERG Program, providing guidelines, tools, structure and resources. Manage the overall ERG program to include coaching ERG leaders and program development.

  • Diversity Communications & Recognition: Create and manage a Diversity Holidays & Observances, plan events and communication strategies that celebrate diverse cultures and heritage and develop internal and external comms to recognize observances in partnership with ERG leads. Promote career opportunities to attract diverse candidate pools in partnership with corporate Recruiting team.

  • Learning: Design, build, deliver, DEIB education, training and workshops and ensure current offerings are developed through an inclusive lens in partnership with Learning & Development Resources.

  • DEIB Resource Development: Develop DEIB resources, tools, and guides to help employees understand DEIB key topics, have DEIB conversations and put learnings into action to help ensure sustained engagement and retention of DEIB key topics.

  • Develop DEIB initiatives and roadmap to strategically complement and advance Tricentis’ corporate social responsibility and philanthropy initiatives.

Employee Engagement


  • Create engagement strategies and culture initiatives that solidify Tricentis as a great place to work.

  • Manage and support corporate engagement programs including employee-focused events and other activities that support corporate goals and engagement initiatives. Leadership of events will include marketing and communications of each event, as well as complete oversight of event logistics.

  • Partner with Marketing to continue building our employer brand via social media posts and press releases.

  • Create and manage an employee feedback and survey plan that increases employee engagement and employer branding.

  • Drive change management of people programs and systems to achieve high adoption rates and engagement levels. Assist with other change management initiatives as needed.

  • General knowledge and understanding of DEIB key topics and ability to eloquently educate others on DEIB key topics.

  • Experience building, managing, and executing Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, Belonging programs.

  • Learning & Development - Experience directly building, designing, delivering and facilitating DEIB education, training and workshops.

  • Experience building and managing ERG structured programs.

  • Five to seven years of experience required.

Preferred Qualifications


  • HR Certs (SHRM CP, SCP or HRCI PHR, SPHR)

  • DISC

  • Supporting DEIB efforts in a Talent Acquisition functions to include OFCCP, Affirmative Action

  • Executive leadership – training, communication
