Job Roles / Responsibilities:

• 10+ yrs. of exp in Salesforce platform.


• At least 5+ yrs. of experience in handling Business Analyst Roles on Sales Cloud, Service Cloud & Community Cloud.


• Liaison with Business to understand the requirements, backlog grooming, Agile Practices, Salesforce Declarative Skills, Ability to determine Config Vs Custom, Work with Architect and Development /QA teams to meet deliverables.


• Able to manage Business and IT stakeholders. Exposure to Customer 360 and MDM is needed.
