Crown Castle is hiring an Agile expert level who elevates our Agile teams and maximizes value delivery within our value streams while optimizing the framework through scaled approaches.


 


Responsibilities:



  • Lead scaling efforts with other coaches

  • Create consistent collaboration and coordination across various scrum teams

  • Leverage continuous improvement feedback to help fine-tune and optimize processes for agility

  • Provide transparency to and relentlessly works with leadership to remove escalated impediments

  • Assess the maturity of Agile within the value stream and coach to higher levels of maturity

  • Understand the value of commitments made by the value stream and hold everyone accountable to their commitments

  • Coach the Product Owner and Program Manager in driving high-value delivery with respect to their value stream

  • Track and communicate the overall value stream progress providing visibility to stakeholders

  • Mentor and train less experienced Scrum Masters including guiding Scrum Masters on patterns and techniques for filling the intentional gaps in scrum

  • Identify and correct behaviors that counter the Agile principles

  • Help develop and refine agile playbook and training materials

  • A principally based servant leader with excellent skills and knowledge of facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, empowerment, and increasing transparency

  • Enthusiastic learner and contributor on the Agile Center of Excellence team

  • Ability to encourage, motivate, and guide individuals or teams in learning and improving effectiveness through agile coaching concepts and methods

  • Able to effectively communicate to various levels of the organization

 


Education/Certifications/Licenses



  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience

  • Advanced Scrum Master certification or equivalent experience

  • Scaled Certification (SAFe SM) or equivalent experience

 


Experience/Minimum Requirement



  • 7+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, Coach, or Agile Trainer

  • 2+ years of experience leading multiple teams; preference to those with experience in differing industries

  • Experience applying different agile techniques to optimize the team’s effectiveness

  • Crown Castle is a federal contractor and the COVID-19 vaccination is a requirement of employment by your start date to comply with Executive Order 14042.

 


Working Conditions: This is a remote role with the expectation of on-site/in-person collaboration with teammates and stakeholders for moments that matter and may require up to X% travel.
