Due to the continued growth, we are looking for a Global Partner Ecosystem Governance and Rhythm of Business Manager to lead, manage and support projects and multiple partner GTM workstreams. With Ecosystems being the main change agents of the future, in this critical role the ideal candidate will help us to accelerate HPE’s transformation to an edge-to-cloud company. We are looking for a project manager, who has experience in managing complex OKRs, programs and Rhythm of Business schedules across teams.

Responsibilities

• Leads internal global project to ensure that it meets all scope, time, budget and quality expectations, through planning, controlling and managing


• Performs business analysis, identifies root cause, and develops recommendations/ solutions to drive business improvements.


• Works across regions/geographies and WW teams to develop and/or implement new/enhanced programs and associated processes to meet emerging customer/market needs and fuel profitable growth.


• Provide leadership in the development, and execution of the business vision – helping partners transform their business and derive measurable business value from their IT investment.


• Utilizes technical and business skills to lead complex cross- functional activities that have a high impact on the HPE GreenLake business.


• Manages large/ complex/ multiple regions or global projects and programs. Typically includes definition of strategy to achieve the sponsors’ vision of an end-state transformation High/ very high risk.

• Manages complex multi- function and/ or global relationships with senior and executive stakeholder management.


• Mentors others providing a role model and support for individual development

Education and Experience

• First Level University degree. Advanced University degree preferred.


• 10+ years in project management roles or in Service Business Management roles


• Advanced Experience in managing OKRs and Rhythm of Business processes for team

Knowledge and Skills

• High knowledge of IT and services/cloud industry and partner ecosystems


• Highly developed problem solving abilities.


• Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire teams, develop relationships across organizations and accomplish goals under pressure situations. Strong skills in exercising independent judgment.


• Extensive understanding of critical program/project management techniques and change management skills.


• Solid understanding of business planning methods and business acumen.


• Excellent presentation skills. Highly developed negotiation/ influencing skills.


• Recognized as a leader in the Services PM Profession community.


• PMP Certified.


• Fluent in English
