The Positions: We are looking for a Sales Representative to join our team.

Knowledge, Skills and Qualifications:

Effective with problem-solving and solution selling
Self-motivated, high energy, and effective communicator
Great time management and organizational skills
Ability to perform with minimal supervision, but accepting of coaching
Comfortable with remote access to perform daily activities
Superior customer service skills
A positive, can-do attitude
Minimum 2 years outside sales experience with account management
Minimum 5 years in the cannabis industry
Bachelor's Degree
Must have a valid driver's license
Must be at least 21 years of age
Must have or be able to obtain a Marijuana Worker Permit

Responsibilities:

Regular and predictable attendance
Daily travel to retail partners to discuss and grow product line with managers and buyers
Foster strong business relationships with existing accounts
Manage and negotiate product positioning in stores for maximum exposure to consumers
Introduce new products and grow revenue retail partners
Canvas territory and contact prospects to obtain new business
Assess partner needs, answer questions, and assist with orders, displays, and in-store events
Attend industry events to establish and grow business relationships
Process daily sales for orders to be delivered
Provide sales/territory reports to management weekly, monthly
Meet or exceed territory revenue and growth goals
Other duties as assigned
