This is a remote, work from home position that will require travel to our Ohio Region Branch offices at least once a month for up to three days at a time.

What Does a Region Administrative Assistant Do?
Review and approve accounts payable documents such as check requests and expense reports
Manage and review payroll
Assuring compliance with local, state, and federal laws and regulations
Forward communications from Division and above to region and branch locations
Drive region initiatives such as sales contests, and collection efforts
Prepare Profit and Loss statements for Region Management team
Receive escalated complaint calls and maintaining a log to ensure complaint resolution
Travel to branches to perform branch audits
Assist administration as needed
Monitor AR balances for the region and driving collection efforts
Maintain policies and procedure manuals and ensuring branches are adhering to procedures
Plan and execute meetings for Branch teams
Make travel arrangements for region and branch personnel
