Chubb is seeking a talented and experienced Information Technology professional to join the application development team in senior Business Analyst role, who can combine the business analysis with industry best practices to develop IT system requiremetns and process changes for new and existing functionality within North America Billing / Commissions portifolio of applications.
This position requires an extensive background in systems analysis, Technical data mapping in Billing applications. This position will be responsible to develop business requirements for emerging technology platforms. We're looking for a talented individual who is passionate about software implementation best practices.
Experience with Business Analysis techniques, tools, and templates, including knowledge of business system operations, workflow analysis, and business systems terminology and standards.
Experience with P&C Insurance
Experience in gathering requirements from multiple customers including Product Owners and the ability to communicate the requirements to technical staff for proper development of systems.
Experience working with digital/ Web platforms and experience in Agile/SCRUM specifically in Story/Acceptance criteria development.
Analyze data and information gathered to come up with a solution.
Created Product Backlog, Sprint Backlog and managed User stories.
Experience in Jira required to manage Product Backlog and User Stories.
Participated in sprint planning, daily scrums, testing, retrospectives and sprint reviews.
Work with UX Designers to provide them input to build UI Designs to achieve top customer experience.
Functioned as the bridge between functional business units and IT.
Ability to perform positive and negative testing for successful implementation.
Knowledge of implementation processes and redesign of supporting business processes (which may include software implementation processes).
Strong domain knowledge in P&C Insurance.

Skills, Knowledge, and Experience:
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or another related field.
Strong software engineering background and experience in systems analysis and developing business requirements.
Minimum 8 years enterprise in IT Business Analyst role.
Demonstrated ability to dive deep into application features, partnering with the business to understand requirements, and communicating with technical teams
Solid problem solving and decision-making skills, good listener and open to different points of view.
Experience working in Agile development framework, understanding of SAFe, KANBAN, SCRUM.
Insurance background required; experience in implementing Commercial Lines platform/systems integration with Duck Creek, Majesco Billing is preferred.
Excellent written/verbal/presentation skills; ability to effectively communicate across all levels is required.
