We are looking for a full-time Alignment Technician (3rd Shift) for our headquarters in the Greater Kansas City area. In this role, you will apply electronic theory, electrical testing procedures and related knowledge to align, troubleshoot and repair production electronic sub-assemblies.
This includes tracing circuits of defective units to the component level, discussing alignment, layout and assembly problems with Electronics Engineer/Process Engineer and recommend changes in circuitry or installation to improve assembly, alignment maintenance, test method or product performance.
Other responsibilities include:
An Associate of Arts degree in Electronics Technology, Vocational Certification in Electronics Technology, a substantially related field of Military training, a minimum of 80 hours towards a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Technology or a related field OR an Electronic Technician Certification (International Society of Certified Electronic Technicians (ISCET) or Electronic Technicians Associate International (ETA-I)) Qualified candidates must demonstrate:
