Job Description:

Chubb is the world’s largest publicly traded property and casualty insurer.  With operations in 54 countries, Chubb provides commercial and personal property and casualty insurance, personal accident and supplemental health insurance, reinsurance and life insurance to a diverse group of clients.

The primary accountabilities for this position that is part of our centralized Producer Services team are:

 

- Vet producers from Website and Chubb’s field network; then update Chubb’s internal Producer Services Tracker

- Monitor internal mailbox for requests for Chubb Insurance Solutions team appointments/codes/address changes

- Directly handle or re-direct inquiries and requests related to commissions and agent portal access

- Update internal systems with key data on a timely basis

- Create monthly reports for vetting and new producers/additional lines of business for Chubb Insurance Solutions Agency

- Generate contracts and producer termination letters

- Manage updates to agent acquisitions and name changes

- Follow up with producers and branches as needed via email and phone

- Process mass data updates

- Provide guidance to field employees related to producer codes and general information

 

Qualifications:

- Insurance industry experience preferred

- High attention to detail

- Organizational skills

- Ability to work independently to complete assignments in a timely manner

- Excellent communication skills

- Experience with Microsoft Office products
