JOB PURPOSE :
Enova is a comprehensive management services company that supports a group of Omaha based companies. Our team consists of ~80 professionals who provide support services in Marketing, Human Resources, Training, Recruiting, Accounting, Finance, Safety, Warranty, Continuous Improvement, Information Technology and Strategy.
Enova is looking for a Market Insights Analyst to perform primary and secondary research and analytics to support integrating competitive/market intelligence and analytically-derived strategies to drive volume and retention. The Market Insights Analyst will work closely with both internal and external customers to understand their needs, and provide compelling and actionable customer, market, and business insights to support growth oriented initiatives. Responsible for conducting and managing both qualitative and quantitative research studies to understand customer needs and satisfaction, and present key findings and recommendations to internal clients.
You'll be heavily relied upon to become the trusted business advisor to both Business Unit Leaders and Senior Leadership. We're looking for a leader who is a critical thinker and can turn data into insights then influence business decisions using clear, concise and compelling communication skills. You'll play a key role in the direction of business endeavors throughout the organization.
