Sales Representatives field customer inquiries by finding innovative ways to respond to varying questions, issues, and concerns while upselling additional products available.
Meet client sales objectives
Connect with customers via phone/email/chat/and or social media to support their needs
Calmly attempt to resolve and de-escalate any issues
Escalate interactions when necessary and appropriate
Respond to requests for assistance and/or possible processing payments
Track all call related information for auditing and reporting purposes
Provide feedback on call issues
Qualifications
What We're Looking for
High School Diploma or equivalent
18 years of age or older
6 months sales experience minimum
Typing 25 WPM
Be proficient in PC operation and navigation
Able to work independently
Have excellent communications skills, both oral and written
Ability to work in a constantly changing and fast paced environment
Ability to adapt and adjust to change in a positive manner
Competitive attitude and drive for results
Experience promoting brand awareness by offering additional products and services to meet customer needs
Thrives as a team player in a fast-paced, high-energy, change-oriented environment
Passion for consultative sales, recommending products or solutions tailored to each customer
Proven record of achieving and exceeding established weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual sales goals
Experience interacting with new and existing customers via telephone and selling products and services
