Prudential Advisors is looking for a Program Support Specialist to join their Marketing and Leads Team. In this role you will have a unique opportunity to play an integral part in driving conversion and sales for a new leads program Next Generation Leads (NGL).  Next Generation Leads is a significant program within the Retail Advice and Solutions (RAS) and Prudential Advisors Leads strategy. It is a program that embodies a methodology of distributing leads to financial professionals based on their performance with leads management.

The right candidate for this position will have clearly demonstrated the ability to successfully impact results, partner with Prudential Advisors financial professionals as well as firm management, and support an array of critical program components including administration, field support and enhancements. This role requires strong reporting and analytical skills, excellent organizational and communication skills, attention to detail, resourcefulness and the ability to adapt to change.

The position will report to the Program Manager, Next Generation Leads.

Key Responsibilities:


  • You will be responsible for partnering with field leadership to implement Next Generation Leads (NGL) program best practices to drive leads activity management and lead conversion rates for the Prudential Advisors channel

  • You will be responsible for providing best practices and resources to financial professionals to help improve their performance in the NGL program

  • You will proactively support the NGL Program Manager in maintaining the program including, but not limited to, reporting, training financial professionals, identifying gaps and trends, performing deep-dive analysis on financial professionals’ lead activity, creating presentations, and implementing program enhancements

  • You will be responsible for managing the NGL Appeal process, which includes updating the Appeal Form as needed, tracking form submissions, partnering with the NGL Program Manager to document appeal decisions, and corresponding with field leadership on appeal decisions

  • You will be responsible for monitoring the Leads Reject Report and working with field management to improve lead acceptance rates in Salesforce (ClientLink)

  • You will be responsible for collaborating with the Data Analytics team to develop and validate reporting for the NGL program

  • You will partner with the Leads Team to monitor customer survey results and follow up with field management

  • You will partner with the Leads Team to develop and maintain Salesforce/ClientLink reports and dashboards for financial professionals and field management use

  • You will partner with the Leads Marketing Team to develop collateral for financial professionals that drive the value prop of the program and outline best practices and the value of participating in Practice Building programs

  • High Value Life follow up with the field and High Value Life reporting

  • Administer the Lead rejection review and removal process

  • Summarize and report Lead Vendor use and sales results

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s degree preferred

  • Up to one year experience in the financial services industry

  • Up to one year experience in an administrative, operational, program management, sales and/or marketing support role

  • Working knowledge of Prudential Advisors preferred

  • Sales Force/ClientLink experience preferred

  • Reporting experience and ability to analyze data

  • Program management knowledge

  • Ability to impact results and influence outcomes

  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft office to include Word, Excel and PowerPoint

  • Experience with Tableau preferred

  • Strong interpersonal and relationship building skill with the ability to work across functional teams with all levels of the organization

  • Ability to think strategically and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to multi-task and work under pressure

  • Must be flexible and adapt easily to change

Prudential is required by Colorado law to include the salary range for this role when hiring a Colorado resident. Salary range specific to Colorado: $57,100-77,300 + discretionary incentive bonus + benefits. Eligibility to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program is subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance. In addition, employees are eligible for standard benefits package including paid time off, medical, dental and retirement.
