Job Description:

• Provide design and Implementation solution, configuration and troubleshooting support for Microsoft 365 services.


• Lead the project teams during the (implementation of new / existing) service design and transition phases


• Support Office 365 collaboration with partner tenants, licensing, migration and merger, and client level issues


• Migration of Mailboxes, Teams, OneDrive and SharePoint sites from Office 365, Google cloud and different providers to office 365


• Handling Incident, change and problem management with high quality and provide service improvement plans


• Administering and configuring mail flow with hybrid deployments and different mail gateway (MTA)


• Implementing and supporting Microsoft cloud technologies and services such as Exchange Online, SharePoint online, One Drive, Intune, Microsoft Teams, OneDrive, Yammer, Planner, and   the Power Platform


• Hand-on experience with configuration and management of Defender for Office 365 and Threat protection features


• Good knowledge on AD Connect, ADFS, Active Directory service and Azure AD


• Deploying and managing MTA and SMTP application services and migration applicate email relay service


• Hands on experience on Advance PowerShell scripting, reporting, performance management and monitoring


• Knowledge on design and administration of the Exchange email infrastructure and message routing topology


• Experience in handling Incidents, Problems & Escalations in the service delivery management


• Implementation of advanced functions of Office 365 Security and Compliance center, Federation, Azure Identity and Access Management and Conditional Access policy


• Good understanding of the Microsoft O365 roadmaps and future developments for productivity tools to ensure smooth introduction and implementation


• Effectively translate technical specifications and business logic through written and verbal communications to both technical and non-technical customers


• Manage a team that supports integration and migration of cloud platforms. Collaborate with stakeholder and Business Team, as necessary to develop comprehensive solutions.
