Senior Project Leader within Operations Division to lead through division initiatives.


  • A bachelor's degree is preferred.

  • MBA or graduate degree preferred.

  • Project management certification (PMP and/or Edward Jones) preferred.

  • SIE and Series 99 required within 89 days of start date (US); Series 7 required within 12 months of start date (US).  Outside the US, appropriate country-specific licenses required.

  • 5+ years of experience leading projects with a high level of complexity/integration that includes other projects and project leaders.

  • 5+ years of industry or position-related experience.  Previous experience as a department leader or similar leadership experience preferred. 

  • Experience leading or formally mentoring project team members and project leaders.

  • Must have in-depth knowledge of industry processes, systems, procedures and risks related to the project.

  • May represent Edward Jones at industry events.

  • Superior interpersonal and communication skills; effectively communicates with project team, other project leaders, multiple areas, divisions and outside vendors.  Incorporates effective listening and collaboration skills.

  • Superior presentation skills preferred.

  • Superior organization and coordination skills.

  • Ability to independently identify, prioritize, monitor, communicate, and/or resolve elements that can impact a project.
