The team is currently seeking an experienced Customer Experience Representative with great people skills to provide a sensational customer experience in a fast-paced environment.  You will be responsible for communicating information and timeline objectives to transferring employees, corporate representatives, third-party agents, drivers and dispatchers to ensure timely, coordinated relocation services. 

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for professional and reliable individuals with excellent organizational skills.  The ideal candidate for this position is self-motivated and able to multi-task under pressure.  At least two years of moderate to heavy hands-on customer service experience is preferred. Background checks and drug test will be required prior to employment.  Pay rate is $17.60 per hour. 

DUTIES include but are not limited to:

• Coordinate schedules of customers and vendors so the relocation experience is seamless and stress free


• Communicate effectively and professionally with customers and staff

SKILLS

• Proficient computer and Internet skills, including Microsoft Office suite
