The Partner Operations Specialist is a great entry level role and entree into data analytics. Reporting to the VP of Operations and part of the Operations Team you will be supporting the collection and analysis of data used to make strategic business decisions. Working closely with the Supply Chain Organization, with fulfillment partners and multiple internal departments you will have responsibility for gathering and validating the data as well as creating and updating metrics related to products sold on the website. Other responsibilities include:


  • Identify potential issues and variances from expectations and propose explanations/solutions/options to for day-to-day business issues


  • Reconcile partner and shipping invoices


  • Order samples, log results and identify discrepancies compared to expectations


  • Collect, review, and analyze customer contact data.

This is a hands-on role, requiring meticulous attention to detail with the ability to work independently while continuously identifying areas of improvement and efficiency. Are you hungry, humble and smart? If yes, wed love to hear from you.

Requirements


  • 2+ years data analytics exposure working with large pieces of data in either a professional or academic environment FP&A and Logistics work experience a plus


  • 1+ year(s) Customer Service, Accounting, Expediter or related experience


  • Advanced Excel/Google sheet experience with data, pivot tables, filters, creating reports - SQL a plus


  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work with minimal supervision


  • Excellent written and verbal communication


  • BONUS if you are passionate about photography and the personal connection people have with photos


  • Experience with on-demand 1-1 personalized manufacturing a plus
