Job Description:

Role: .Net Developer

Cognizant is looking for an .Net Developer I in developing customized product for our clients. The role is expected to drive technology discussions and analyze the current landscape for gaps in addressing business needs. Cognizant needs a motivated individual to challenge the status quo and provide thought leadership/best practices to enhance our current services and technologies.

Application Production Support Lead Analyst (.Net)

• 8+ years of relevant experience


• Provide front-line technical support to end-users responding to issues related to problem/incident management, release/deployment, Operations readiness, Application monitoring, production Governance related to issues.


• Solve production down situations under tight SLA deadlines.


• Root cause and problem resolution follow-up


• Debug and fix production issues by analyzing java code, complex SQL queries, and stored procedure


• Develop relationship

Roles & Responsibilities

• As a part of the L2 support team, provide stand-by out-of-hours support on a rotational basis for the production system.


• Look for efficiency improvement, productivity savings, and live by the culture of innovation resulting in a highly efficient team and improving operational efficiency.


• Work closely with technology infrastructure teams, development and testing teams in supporting Integrated/independent releases, software, and hardware upgrades, server upgrades


• Communicate with all lines of business and management the overall stats and health of the application, contribute to automation, cause analysis and develop shared/common
