Sr. Experiential Marketing Manager
Kimberly-Clark Professional’s (KCP) North America in-house creative agency is looking for an experienced Sr. Experiential Marketing Manager who can help develop the strategy and oversee the execution for trade shows, promotional events, corporate events, virtual events and webinars, and other experiential marketing activities. In addition, this individual will be responsible for duties including management of customer and show/event needs, budget management, and gauging the effectiveness of event-based initiatives surrounding Experiential Marketing activities. The Sr. Experiential Marketing Manager will report to The Creative Agency Associate Director and will work closely with Customer Marketing and Demand Generation teams.
Responsibilities:
Leading the front-end strategy development for experiential marketing, in collaboration with internal stakeholders and external partners, for the overall sector as well as individual events based on annual plans. This is inclusive of process work standards as well as specific event engagement strategies.
Working with Marketers, Design Team and vendors, while utilizing project management software tool, to oversee implementation and execution of major experiential initiatives (from concept through execution).
Partnering with Demand Generation Team to develop pre- and post-event engagement strategy, lead management tactics, and campaign analysis metric goals/benchmarks for measurement of success.
Creating and communicating detailed timelines and status updates for team members, stakeholders and vendors while consistently ensuring awareness and completion of all required tasks
Travel for on-site project management and oversight, as needed
Vendor management
Overall fiscal management of experiential marketing events budgets and ensuring PO’s, invoices, and monthly expense reports are processed and completed in a timely manner
Lead continuous improvement activities to drive operational efficiency strategies to be employed across all events.
Infuse metrics-minded behavior for experiential marketing by determining/setting benchmarks for analysis and measurement.
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience with proven success in strategizing for and executing experiential marketing initiatives, including trade show, corporate, & promotional events
Experience working closely with brands from different verticals and bringing the brand vision and product portfolio to life as part of a unified event/experience
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Demonstrated ability to formulate and manage budgets and timelines
Ability to interact professionally and effectively with team members at all levels within the organization, as well as with customers and supplier partners
Must be able to make quick decisions to creatively troubleshoot and problem solve when challenges are presented on site.
Experience in executing lead management tactics
Effectively able to work in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously
Experience managing creative output to ensure alignment of event strategies to overall business objectives
