What you'll be doing:
As the Marketing Operations Manager, you will be an integral part of our marketing team with responsibility for analyzing, monitoring, and tracking campaigns and performance across multiple products and systems in the MarTech stack. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate data guru to make a significant impact on marketing excellence and company growth in a rapidly expanding technology industry.
Owning reporting, analysis, and optimization of marketing activities and campaigns across multiple technology brands and systems
Building marketing dashboards and conducting ad hoc reporting as required
Providing clear insights on marketing performance and improvements
Measuring impact of marketing programs to influence strategies
Presenting results and recommendations to internal teams
Maintaining data hygiene and clean up
Working collaboratively across internal teams
Managing continuous evolution of marketing business intelligence aligned with best practices
5+ years of data/marketing analytics experience in a B2B SaaS environment
Salesforce CRM expert and well-versed in marketing automation technology
Knowledge and understanding of lead generation, nurture, and conversion processes
Proven advanced marketing reporting and analytics abilities
Experience building marketing and campaign dashboards
Ability to translate quantitative data into meaningful insights and recommended improvements
Experience with database growth while maintaining data integrity and compliance
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Previous hands-on experience with integration of Salesforce and marketing automation systems desired
Compensation: The salary for this position is in the $80k-$100krange. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including candidate experience and expertise and may vary from the amounts listed above.
