As part of the Insights Product Operations team, the Product Enablement Manager will help drive our high-performance culture through training, coaching and cross-functional communication. You will partner with Product Management and be responsible for creating and collaborating on technical product training content, as well as preparing for and conducting both in-person and virtual training sessions. You will provide continuous support to both new and tenured Insights Operations and Go to Market team members as well as partner resellers on technical product knowledge, data testing processes, implementations, and other tools/resources relative to product knowledge.   • Manage and support initial customer implementations for new product introductions
  • Create assets and processes to operationalize new product implementations and support
  • Work closely with Product Managers, Operations and the GTM team to coordinate, schedule, and facilitate training for implementation and support of newly launched products as well as existing products
  • Build and manage repositories of on-demand learning assets (videos, presentations, etc.) and ensure content is up-to-date and relevant
  • Become a product subject matter expert in order to deliver high quality training and content
What experience you need

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • 5+ years relevant work experience in Solutions Consulting, Product Training or broader Technical Support roles, preferably in SaaS or data product led B2B environment
  • 5+ years communicating technical products or ideas and the ability to convey material to a variety of audiences
  • Demonstrated success managing complex projects from start to finish, taking responsibility for the success or failure of projects
