Data Analytics Manager, Internal Audit at Meta

Job Description:

Meta's Internal Audit (IA) team is looking for a Data Analytics Manager with experience in leading high-performing analytics teams. This individual will play a key role in driving data analytics and innovation across all audit verticals. We are looking for a highly qualified professional to bring leading practice approaches in strategizing and maturing the data analytics capabilities of our IA function. The candidate must be a master relationship builder and be comfortable and highly effective in an ambiguous, rapidly changing environment.

<ul><li>Be a thought leader in data analytics</li><li>Set governance, strategy, and project management expectations across the IA organization for data analytics</li><li>Manage the execution of cross-team data analytics priorities and projects</li><li>Partner with all audit verticals and support the execution of data analytics priorities across verticals</li><li>Enable the IA team through training and leading practice sharing</li><li>Facilitate change management</li><li>Drive and maintain partnerships with cross functional teams across Meta</li><li>Solve complex problems and apply analytical skills in resolving data issues</li><li>Oversee and QA solution development</li><li>Create credibility to be viewed and respected as a data analytics leader in the IA organization</li></ul>

<ul><li>5+ years experience in managing data analytics teams</li><li>Proven experience with BI and data analytics</li><li>Experience collaborating with and supporting data analytics needs of business stakeholders</li><li>Leadership experience, including developing strategy, influencing decisions, and managing work to achieve strategic goals</li><li>Organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritization experience with project management skills</li></ul>

<ul><li>Experience working for or with risk assurance functions (e.g., internal audit, risk management)</li><li>Understanding of Meta products and operations</li><li>Experience working in the technology industry and/or high growth public company</li><li>Relationship builder - gains trust through action, develops deep business understanding, spots opportunities, and delivers value to the business</li></ul>
