Engage customers directly, understanding their fleet charging infrastructure needs and developing charging infrastructure plans to support rapid adoption of commercial electric vehicles.
Educate customers, internal and external stakeholders regarding EVs and Charging Infrastructure
Manage BrightDrop Preferred Charging Infrastructure Partner relationships and support infrastructure project delivery
Support infrastructure deployment and operations with educational materials and training content
Manage go to market development as well as planning and execution of new charging and energy solutions
Develop strategies and partnerships to accelerate the adoption of electric commercial vehicles
Establish program measurement and monitor performance across leading indicators, key performance indicators, including service availability, utilization and cost
Develop EV infrastructure guidelines and best practices to support rapid adoption
Support BrightDrop in creating an industry leading customer and driver experience, integrating vehicle charging seamlessly into BrightDrop's products and software offering
Serve as BrightDrop's point of contact supporting all Charging Infrastructure, Public Policy and Consortium efforts

Skills & Qualifications:
Expert knowledge of Electric Vehicles, Charging Infrastructure, Charging Software and Technologies
Strong knowledge of commercial electric vehicle fleets and fleet management/logistics
Highly developed communication and customer relations skills
Ability to use software for electric fleet modeling and consulting
Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
Highly collaborative work style
Broad relationships with the EV and Electrical infrastructure communities
Ability to function autonomously in a fast-paced environment
Outstanding track record of delivering projects that involve multiple stakeholders
Education & Experience:
Bachelor of Science or Business
8+ years of energy/EV infrastructure experience preferred
MBA or equivalent work experience preferred
