We are currently seeking a Senior Marketing Pursuit Manager for the Infrastructure Group at multiple locations nationwide.
We are seeking a Senior Marketing Pursuit Manager to join our dynamic team. Our ideal candidate will be self-motivated, organized, flexible person with excellent written, verbal, and layout skills to support marketing and proposal activities. The person in this role with create, develop, plan, write, edit, and proofread RFP/RFQ responses, proposals, and other marketing collateral. Key responsibilities will include but not limited to:
Collaboratively working with technical staff to produce LOIs, proposals, statement of qualifications (SOQ) packages, pre-marketing materials, and prepare for interviews and presentations.
Collecting and preparing general information for staff resumes, project descriptions, and boilerplate information for client submittals.
Working with graphics team to create figures/graphics to support proposal and presentation content.
Making certain our defined QA/QC procedures is followed for all marketing materials.
Proofreading and editing materials for readability and compliance.
Evaluating technical content in proposals to make sure it satisfies all RFP requirements and company brand standards.
Participating in meetings to identify hooks, themes, differentiators, and strategy to win.
As schedule allows, supporting pursuit and other marketing efforts.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field.
At least 5 years of relevant marketing experience (preferred A/E/C industry).
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (notably, InDesign and Acrobat), Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook), and other relevant graphic applications.
Knowledge of Aviation, Transportation, and Aerospace markets.
Ability to coordinate multiple marketing tasks simultaneously.
Attention to detail confirming consistency and compliance with Practice and company standards.
Collaborative work style and highly motivated with strong drive to succeed.
Excellent communication (verbal and written), analytical and presentation/ presentation coaching skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Ability to travel at least 10% of the time (after COVID-19 work-from-home restrictions) in support of the various Practice regions.
A/E/C industry experience.
Prior experience preparing Standard Form 330.
Prior experience with Deltek Vision Client Relationship Management (CRM) software.
Involvement with local chapter of marketing or transportation-related associations (such as WTS or SMPS).
