Responsibilities

You Will


  • Be our primary Innovation Workshop Facilitator – using Design Thinking, Problem Framing and other innovation frameworks to arrive at solutions that are Desirable, Feasible and Viable.

  • Clearly define the right problems to solve ("the what") and ensure we have the right end-to-end solutions to solve them ("the how")

  • Build rapid, low-fidelity user experience prototypes in digital and physical mediums to test solutions

  • Perform user research and present findings using a variety of online and offline tools

  • Present our projects to Clients, Stakeholders, and other Groups

  • Develop business requirements, process design, and change management that empowers designers and developer’s efforts to innovate

  • Keep a pulse on emerging technology best practices and key trends and anticipate where relevant companies, trends, and technologies might be going to inform opportunities and their development

  • Research and report on emerging trends in Innovation Frameworks and Practice

  • Mentor participants in our company-wide Intrapreneur program on Innovation Frameworks

  • Be responsible for deliverables within the project team (stakeholder analysis, workstream plans, future state analysis, etc.); facilitate, create, and deliver presentations at multiple levels of the organization

  • Translate project and product requirements clearly into actionable objectives and tasks

  • Effectively document requirements and learnings for transitioning projects to a Product or technical team

  • Support the implementation of solutions from conception to proof of concept by providing information, managing stakeholders, and engaging in key analysis tasks need for implementation

  • Develop workflow diagrams, site maps, and other artifacts that help to define the potential future of the opportunity

  • Assist with testing new technology and provide feedback to project teams and vendors

  • Coordinate transfer of research, prototypes and improved processes to internal or external customers

  • Assist in evaluating third-party technologies and products forming a point of view on if and how to work with it

  • Assist in facilitating creative workshops that help stakeholders identify new opportunities for innovation

  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously in an agile fast-paced environment

  • Engage directly with Studio, Business Unit, product, and client stakeholders

  • Support community engagement in Go Studio Events, Tours and Educational Exercise

  • Other tasks and responsibilities as assigned



Qualifications

You Have


  • Deep understanding of Design Thinking, or the human centered design process in the creation of low-, medium- and high-fidelity prototypes

  • 3-5 years of technical / business analysis experience

  • Ability to combine business acumen with technical aptitude

  • Impeccable attention to details with a great sense of ownership

  • Outside-of-the-box thinking, teamwork, and strong self-organization

  • Experience using rapid prototyping, storyboarding and business modelling software (Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, etc)

  • A history of providing tangible, metrics-based results

  • A desire to fully understand a business case or solution in order to fully assess impact of initiatives across the organization

  • Strong interpersonal skills with both peers and senior level executives; the ability to build relationships across an organization to move the project forward

  • An equal ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently

Extras we are looking for


  • Additional expertise in one of the following areas: Information Management, Customer Experience, Innovation

  • Experience with digital design and marketing tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc)

  • Experience with storyboarding and/or persuasive storytelling.

  • Experience in Product Management.

  • MS Project, SharePoint; Excel, SQL & other data analysis skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, product or related, MBA a plus
