  • Act as a key team member in the creation of a new, innovative product portfolio and help to support the execution of the global Fall Protection Strategy

  • Drive significant global growth of fall protection through supporting our target International regions

  • Serve as a leader on new product development teams to guide the development of new to world products

  • Create a product line strategy that will combine best-in-class safety products with innovative sales processes to establish recurring revenue streams

  • Work with customer-focused teams on planning and development of all marketing collateral, content and demand creation programs

  • Lead customer relationship programs through gathering robust voice of the customer (VOC) research as a critical input to new product development

  • Lead strategic pricing efforts to maximize sales and profitability of new products

  • Forecast both revenue and unit plans for Operations and Management

  • Work with the Operational Excellence team to support continuous production of products

  • Act as part of the globally-focused strategic steering team with a direct impact on product lifecycle studies and work on investment analysis for new products

  • Assist with the development of the annual product portfolio and long term business strategy for the product groups

  • Support product recalls and field upgrades

  • Play an active role in all product quality issues including monitoring and resolution

  • Track and report product line performance metric

  • Provide analysis of the competitive landscape and market trends that impact the product line

  • Facilitate the completion of team goals; use appropriate methods and a flexible interpersonal style to help build a cohesive team

  • Demonstrated ability to analyze, interpret and act on complex data

  • Demonstration of superb relationship building skills

  • Ability to grasp the technical aspects of the Fall Protection lines and corresponding applications

  • A demonstrated ability to work both independently and in a team environment

Education and Experience Required:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering or related technical discipline

  • This position is available at three different career levels based upon experience:

    • Level I: 4 years of experience in marketing, sales or engineering

    • Level II: 5 years of experience in marketing, sales or engineering

    • Level III: 7 years of experience in marketing, sales or engineering
      o MBA or related graduate degree may be substituted for up to 2 years of experience

Education and Experience Preferred:

  • MBA

  • Previous Fall Protection experience
