JOB SUMMARY

The Services Operations Manager is responsible for supporting the development and deployment of the infrastructure (tools, processes, documentation, and training) required to support the Services Organization. The Operations Manager will support Services Operations by helping to establish, improve and support critical processes, systems, and strategic projects. Key areas managed by Services Operations include:

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES


  • Help develop Services Performance metrics along with a repeatable process to monitor and measure success for new and existing initiatives. Own and deliver regular reports and dashboards around KPIs such as Utilization, Project Performance, Project Health, Capacity and Demand Forecasting, etc.

  • Identify process automation and improvement opportunities while working with cross-functional teams to drive these initiatives. Support and monitor progress of continuous improvement initiatives helping to manage risk, support on-time execution and report progress. Monitor the execution of Services related to key initiatives. Drive Communication and Change Management efforts related to key initiatives.

  • Support the development and maintenance of documentation relating to Service Delivery and Program Management Processes and Methodologies.

  • Support the operational needs of the department such as budget development, expense tracking, recruiting support, team meeting facilitation, etc.

  • Assist in managing our Professional Services Automation system by supporting user needs, documenting processes, and supporting ongoing evaluation to continuously identify areas of improvement for increased efficiency.

EDUCATION


  • Bachelor's Degree in Business required

  • MBA preferred

EXPERIENCE


  • 6+ years of professional experience required.

  • 3+ years working in the services/consulting industry preferred.

SKILLS


  • Strong experience with business analytics tools such as PowerBI, Looker or Tableau

  • Prior experience managing performance improvement projects.

  • Previous experience developing and deploying standard processes and systems for Professional Services organization.

  • Prior experience deploying or managing professional service automation software such as Mavenlink, Kimble or NetSuite.
