Job Summary

Responsible for monitoring service quality and key performance metrics related to interactions and documentation for customer service employees. Performs audits of Customer Service department processes for adherence and reporting.

Minimum Qualifications

EDUCATION/TRAINING
  • High school diploma. Previous quality experience preferred; Accounting experience a plus

EXPERIENCE:

  • Two years of excellent customer service experience


  • Three years Call Center Experience preferred


Knowledge:
  • UTA service area and customer service programs preferred;
Skills:

  • Excellent Oral, written skills; Listening and analytical skills

  • 35 NWPM

  • Time management and ability to multitask to meet deadlines.

  • Strong attention to details

Abilities:

  • To travel to several UTA locations for audits;

  • Communicate concerns and work with a team;

  • Bi-lingual Spanish and English preferred

This job requires regulars and predictability attendance

Pay Rate: $17.01 per hour
