Holman Enterprises is currently hiring a Payroll Team Lead.




Job Description



  • Responsible for assisting administrators and business analysts in the processing of payroll in Workday.

  • Coordinate and review the timely preparation of monthly benefit reconciliations.

  • Coordinate the final transmission of payroll.

  • Verifying the acceptance and processing of payroll file submissions.

  • Troubleshooting of processing issues relating to payroll and timekeeping.

  • Timely resolution of tax notices and audits.

  • Utilizing Workday to execute end to end payroll process including loading EIBs and ensuring accuracy of anything loaded.

  • Analyze payroll for accuracy before submitting for payment.

  • Calculation of productive and sales based pay.

  • Working with 3rd party provider to correct any tax issues that may arise.

  • Complete off-cycle bonus and non-traditional payment runs.

  • Be able to process all payroll related GL entries and adjustments.

  • Ad-hoc reporting and periodic audit of taxes.

  • Providing exceptional customer service to our business partners.

  • Other payroll/accounting duties as assigned.






Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting or related field.

  • 2-4 years' of Workday payroll experience.

  • Workday Payroll experience including configuration changes to both Workday Payroll and Workday Time tracking, writing payroll/timekeeping reports is a MUST.

  • Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP's, etc.).

  • Ability to prioritize responsibilities and multi-task to develop and produce accurate results on a timely basis.

  • Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
