Principal Purpose of Position:



  • Supervises the staff in the Mexico Operations team and provides support in order to maximize staff performance

  • Supervise the assigned employees, manage workload, evaluate quality measures and conducts performance reviews

  • Support the personal and career development of all assigned employees

  • Interacts regularly with 50/50 joint venture located in Mexico on operational initiatives.

  • Coordinates and monitors large scale projects.

  • Provide direction to improve and implement systems that improve efficiency.

  • Analyze reporting on productivity to ensure maximum efficiency and timely completion of vehicle delivery paperwork preparation and invoice processing

  • Evaluate opportunities in existing processes and identify new processes to increase departmental efficiency

  • Create and maintain documents on departmental process and procedures

  • Respond to escalating internal and external customer issues, determines root cause and implement mistake-proofing measures

  • Interacts with programmers to develop and enhance systems

Education and/or Training:





  • Bachelor degree required or previous internal experience






Relevant Work Experience:





  • Previous knowledge of ARI Systems including Infinium, Fleetrak, GDT and UVIMS would be helpful.






Planning/Organizing/Managerial Knowledge:

(Ranges from task-focused to integrating related functions, to broadly strategic integration)




  • Must have knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, with an intermediate skillset in Microsoft Excel

  • Must have ability to learn new software quickly and leverage it for daily job functions

  • Must be able to work independently, as well a member of a team.

  • Must have excellent time management skills to meet deadlines as necessary.






Communicating & Influencing Skills:

(Does the job require communication, reasoning with others, or changing behaviors?)




  • Knowledge of internal ARI systems and experience working with international customers and partners.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.

  • Must be well organized, self-motivated and be able to prioritize tasks in a fast paced environment.

  • Must pay close attention to detail and have the ability to track multiple priorities.

  • Ability to work with little supervision.

  • College Degree or equivalent work experience required.

  • Strong customer service disposition.

  • Must be well organized, self-motivated and be able to prioritize tasks within a production environment

  • The ability to manage multiple priorities and think from a critical and strategic perspective is required
