Overview

Description:

The Materiels Management Technology Coordinator functions as the liaison between Materials Management, Information Systems, and users of the Materials Management systems regarding current and future technology developments and product implementation impacting daily processes. This position will assist with directing inquiries, standardize work processes, document training and testing scripts, ensure processes are in place for the day to day functionality of the Item Master File, Inventory Files, Contract Files to support the procurement, contracting, distribution, data, and technology needs of the combined Corporate Strategic Sourcing and Supply Chain Operations Departments

Qualifications/Education/Licensure:

High school graduate or equivalent.

BS in business or technology is preferred. 3 - 5 years of work experience in purchasing and purchasing information technology systems Experience with Excel, Word and e-mail. PMACV desirable
