360 Live Media is looking for a Marketing Manager to join our team in Washington, DC. Were looking for an experienced and versatile marketing manager who is passionate about helping nonprofit organizations attract new members and drive attendees to events. Our ideal candidate has experience working for an agency, as well as developing and executing marketing campaigns for a variety of clients. He/she/they will be comfortable with day-to-day marketing activities, as well as long-term strategy, thriving with tight deadlines and changing needs.

What You Will Do:
Develop, manage, execute and optimize client marketing campaigns
Establish positioning, identify target audiences, and develop marketing plans with specific objectives across a variety of marketing channels and segments for associations clients
Conceptualize and execute on multi-channel campaigns, ensuring the alignment of communications and messaging across all channels leveraging internal support and driving collaboration
Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including web, SEO/SEM, email, social media, and retargeting display advertising
Lead marketing meetings, creative brainstorms, and workshops; bringing clarity to assignment objectives, tasks, and deliverables so that the agency can exceed client expectations
Working in partnership with the creative and account teams, develop creative briefs and guide creative direction to meet objectives for all marketing tactics, including print, digital, and video assets
Analyze customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to build successful event attendee and membership acquisition strategies
Create, maintain, and conduct analytics reporting across multiple platforms and extract key insights in order to optimize spend and performance of current campaigns and inform future campaign development
Present ideas and final deliverables to internal and external teams, and communicate with senior leaders about marketing programs, strategies, and budgets
Contribute to 360 Live Media internal marketing efforts
Manage all logistics associated with internal marketing projects and lead generation campaigns
Plan and execute agency digital marketing campaigns, including web, SEO/SEM, email, social media, and retargeting display advertising
Manage a variety of organic and paid acquisition channels and maintain our social media presence across all digital channels
Curate valuable and engaging content for our website and blog that attracts and converts our target groups
Manage the creation of and review/edit agency marketing materials, including but not limited to website pages and updates, digital ads, case studies, emails, and invitations to events
Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals, and optimize based on findings
Analyze prospect behavior and adjust email and advertising campaigns accordingly
Bachelors degree in marketing, business, or related field
5+ years of relevant marketing experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proven experience developing marketing plans and campaigns
Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills
Metrics-driven marketing mind with eye for creativity
Experience with marketing automation, CRM tools, Google analytics, and SEM
Proficiency with online marketing and social media strategy
Proven experience designing interactive applications and networking platforms
Ability to present solutions to senior leaders within 360 Live Media and Smithbucklin, as well as clients
Detail-oriented and with the ability to prioritize
Self-starter and able to work efficiently under pressure in an entrepreneurial, fast paced environment
Preferred qualifications include one or more of the following:
Previous experience working at a marketing agency
Proven success developing and executing event and/or membership marketing campaigns
Familiarity with the association/professional society/membership organization space
