Starting at $16.50/hr with an additional $1.00/hr shift differential for both 2nd and 3rd shift.
$3,000 Retention Bonus: $1,000 after 90 Days; $1,00 after 180 Days; and $1,000 at 1 year of service.
Position Summary: This entry level role will be responsible for manufacturing environment and safely operate production equipment to meet quality and production targets. Training will be provided.
Follows all safety procedures
Operates one or more pieces of equipment in a safe and efficient manner to produce quality products while keeping a quick pace
Performs compliance checks and completes paperwork, documentation, and reports
Visually inspects wheels for defects or malformations
Ensures the quality of the parts that he/she produces - including the inspection of all dimensional requirements according to the control plan and overall appearance of the parts
Completes required paperwork
Participates in TPM activities
Ensures that 5S requirements are met
Assists in problem solving of identified problems in the department

High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent

Minimum of 2 years' experience using a smart phone or computer to enter data
