The Right of Way (ROW) Technical Coordinator is responsible for managing the documentation and accounting supporting ROW transactions. Candidates will have a close attention to detail while being able to prioritize tasks. The candidate will need to be proficient in SAP, Aravo,and Ariba. Accountabilities will include:
Managing the ROW Check Process
Maintaining Vendors in SAP
Aravo conflict resolution
Recording of ROW checks
Maintaining Check logs
Engaging international accounts payable team
Maintaining receivables log
Maintaining ROW lease payment log
Validatinglease payments in SAP
Maintaining corporatebank account
Maintaining ROW checking account
Running monthly account statements
Bookkeeping for ROW check logs
Preparing monthly and yearly logs
Onsight visits to 30 S Wacker Dr. for filing
Scanning and preparing documents and logs
Additional Accounting Functions
Completing check deposit forms for processed check deposits
Managing Shipping and mailing expenses
Processing check payment forms
Requesting checks for third party contractors
Approving time sheets for 3rd party contractors
At least 5 years experience in an admin role
Proficient in SAP, Aravo,and Ariba
High school diploma minimum but degree preferred
