Plan waves to be processed, while ensuring workflow balance throughout the facility.
Build and prioritize customer orders into waves that ensure a balance of workflow through the facility and primarily Crisplant Sorter
Research inventory to fill wave shortage and communicate information to the Receiving leadership team.
Provide information to the Receiving, Inventory, and Audit departments to ensure full inventory availability for current and future waves.
Ensure errors are corrected in a timely manner without interruption to workflow.
Immediately reply to emails requests for order tracking information and order status requests
Build cross-departmental partnerships to optimize daily activities and coordinate work with other areas to ensure workload requirements are met.
Ability to interact in a team environment and exhibit superior customer service skill in facilitating and building collaboration within a team.
Identify and communicat e issues or concerns to workload throughput. Participate in problem solving and decision-making process related to wave planning, allocating, and cancellations.
Monitor assigned area to identify any problem s and provide assistance when needed
Complete all required paperwork in an accurate and timely manner. Send daily handoffs to the next shift.
Communicate with Business Technologies (IT) (BT) and Technical Services (Maintenance) (TS) for script runs and mechanical issues.
Immediately communicate any and all issues with wave planning to the management team and IT support.
Participate in the identification of opportunities and implementation of continuous improvement of facility operations.
WAREHOUSE MARGINAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to quickly assess situations and develop creative solutions to complex problems.
Experience in an environment with fluctuating volumes and changing priorities is preferred.

P.C. Skills (ability to learn and utilize Manhattan, SAP and other software programs as needed)

EDUCATION:
High School Diploma or G.E.D
Experience in workflow or production planning preferred
Past leadership roles preferred
