This is an opportunity to conduct or participate in continual improvement activities, such as 5S, SPS, Six Sigma and ISO, to enhance the Quality System.   • Experienced in working with team members on a global product platform.
  • Ability to support Supplier Quality Engineering with incoming material / supply base issues.
  • Experienced with PPEP process, development and execution of pilot runs, and analysis and documentation of those results.
  • Strong trouble shooting skills with the ability to develop root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for process related concerns.
  • Develop and communicate monthly results reports both internally to the plant and to the global team on time as scheduled and as otherwise required.
  • Conduct or participate in continual improvement activities, such as 5S, SPS, Six Sigma and ISO, to enhance the quality system.
  • Prepare Pareto charts, and 8D reports as required.
  • Develop training to build quality awareness.
  • Review and modify the quality documentation to ensure quality output from the area.
  • Help to create and sustain a Culture of Quality at the partner location
  • Create and maintain quality control documentation, insure related training and application in the sector.
  • Lead continuous improvement on its production lines.
  • Lead containment actions, root cause analysis of quality issue and problem solving on his sector.
  • Be the local expert of the assembled products in their sector.
