Oversee the full shoot process from initial concepting, to casting, to on-set direction, to editing
Demonstrated ability to conceptualize and implement ideas through a high level of creativity
Strong collaboration skills to work with photo and styling team, as well as production
Help lead story telling across all customer touch points, ensuring brand and message consistency throughout the consumer experience.
Guide team to achieve a consistent point of view through strong art direction.
Develop and maintain a collaborative relationship with ecomm, marketing, social and other departments whose activities intersect with creative.
Challenge new ways of thinking, create an environment that fosters idea generation and an entrepreneurial spirit.
Skills
Bachelor’s Degree preferred
Minimum of 7 years of experience in Art Direction.
Strong graphic design skills for generating mood boards/photo concept presentations
Managerial experience preferred.
Proven experience producing shoots under challenging timelines.
Excellent project management and creative problem-solving skills.
Excellent negotiation skills.
Ability to be flexible and work in a fast-paced environment.
