ESIS is seeking an experienced Professional Liability Claims representative.

In this role you will adjudicate liability claims from first notice of loss to resolution under general supervision of a team leader.

 

• At least 5 years experience in the handling and resolution of professional liability claims, or the equivalent.


• JD preferred. Licensed to practice or Adjuster licensing in NY required , may be completed upon hiring.


• Ability to operate in a fast paced environment handling medical malpractice claims, working with outside counsel to move through adjudication process to resolution, ability to effectively engage in settlement discusions if appropriate.
