Job Description:

This position's primary role is to provide Level 1 and Level 2 day-to-day technical software and hardware support to internal staff through in-person interaction five days a week in the office.

What you’ll do

• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware and software systems issues.




• Responsible for effective provisioning, installation/configuration, operation, and maintenance of End User Technology hardware, OS and software.




• Act as the point of contact for all company applications, laptop, mobility & printer user issues.




• Document requests, incidents and user queries, and monitor solution processes.




• Provide basic training and operational services to end users.




• Prepare software distribution packaging and automation for remote locations.

What experience you need 

• 1 to 3 years experience in either a technical support or customer service role.


• Skills should include laptop, mobile, and printer troubleshooting (Windows and Mac)


• 1+ years experience performing customer resolution and escalation

What could set you apart

• Additional experience in laptop imaging, provisioning of new systems, Audio/Visual support, mobile phone provisioning, and printer maintenance preferred.


• System backup experience preferred


• Ticketing software experience (ServiceNow preferred)


• Google Cloud experience preferred
