Location: St. Louis, Missouri
This position's primary role is to provide Level 1 and Level 2 day-to-day technical software and hardware support to internal staff through in-person interaction five days a week in the office.
What you’ll do
Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware and software systems issues.
Responsible for effective provisioning, installation/configuration, operation, and maintenance of End User Technology hardware, OS and software.
Act as the point of contact for all company applications, laptop, mobility & printer user issues.
Document requests, incidents and user queries, and monitor solution processes.
Provide basic training and operational services to end users.
Prepare software distribution packaging and automation for remote locations.
