Our Search:
We are seeking a project management professional that also has experience and a huge affinity for HR programs, operations and processes. This roll will reside within the Human Resources Transformation Program Management Office & Change Management team and will offer project management support for our service delivery work stream within the global ES Transformation project. This company-strategic initiative includes components that span impacts to people, process and technology and is in service to improving our organizational capability, scalability while keeping the employee at the center of everything we do. This role will support the operationalization of our future state HR model and ensure all teams are able to implement with redesigned technology, processes and roles.

The project manager will partner with and support their business partners with project planning, ongoing management of operational activities, meeting and communication support, leader, and partner engagement and ensure our teams deliver on their desired objectives.

This position reports to the Global HR Transformation Program Management & Change Management Office Leader.

Responsibilities:


  • Provide project management expertise to the service delivery work stream by developing strong relationships with core project team, PMO and Change team and business partners. Support the delivery of project objectives by coordinating and prioritizing deliverables, supporting the execution of project tasks, identifying and handling dependencies across work stream, and tracking and measuring to successful completion

  • Build strong relationships within HR Transformation PMO & Change Team and Business Technology PMO team to ensure consistency and alignment of work stream management to the greater program timeline, evaluate risk and mitigation strategies, while helping to identify areas of opportunity and standard methodologies.

  • Build and implement strong operational practices to support the seamless management across multiple work stream(s). This includes meeting organization and management, engagement and communication with core and extended project teams, leading project deliverables (project plans, status reports, RAID logs, etc.), crafting and completing presentations for various audiences and needs.

  • Partner with consultant partners to develop a broader understanding of their approach and role in how they're supporting Transformation work stream(s). Cultivate a strong relationship to enable the project team to reach their objectives and milestones.

  • Bring standard methodologies on HR operations management. Including how to prioritize and build comprehensive plans across various COE's, support shared services organizations, partnership with change management teams.

  • Support project team in recurring project milestone meetings to ensure all objectives are met. Help coordinate efforts across multiple teams to ensure objectives are achieved with quality and speed.

  • Support the overall transformation program leads by managing overall project plan, managing content creation for various meetings with diverse audiences, manage our team document repository site, and internal communication to team members.

  • Ability to support major initiatives across a diverse, geographically dispersed, multicultural environment

  • Plan and lead simple to highly complex projects including initiatives with multiple delivery partners and/or operations and technology scope

  • Collaborates with all partners to identify risks and issues that may not be clear at the task level but impact the overall project or broader scope

  • Excellent presentation, verbal and written communication skills; must be an engaging and persuasive communicator

  • Ability to partner with project team members, stakeholders, and business partners to achieve deliverables with desired result

  • Ability to adapt and lead in a high change environment

  • Consistent track record of being able to influence and collaborate with partners at different levels

  • Demonstrated understanding of HR processes and technology platforms

  • Outstanding customer service skills, including the desire to make others successful

  • Strong problem-solving skills with a drive for data integrity, process definition, and continuous learning

  • Results-driven, goal-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment with opposing priorities


Required Education & Experience:


  • 5+ years experience in Project/Program Management Role supporting HR

  • 5+ years of experience working in a function in HR

  • Experience supporting HR Operations and/or HR Technology related programs.

  • Experience supporting large, global companies with sophisticated employee base
