Job Description:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client in Atlanta, GA that is seeking a fully remote Senior and Mid-Level Software Engineer to join their store systems organization.

Summary:
The tool/platform they are building is a data pipeline to replicate enterprise date from the public cloud into stores. This pipeline store's enterprise data that drives all the applications in the stores and its data that is highly business critical. A lot of this is data that is also stored locally in the store in case any of the store goes offline (loses internet). Their pipeline integrates with common services (all the services connected to online and instore), and then downstream their clients are all the applications running in the store.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Java 8/11


• Spring Boot


• Kubernetes


• CouchDB preferred (MongoDB, Cassandra any document database experience is fine)


• GCP (Preferred but not required)


• Any DevOps experience is a plus, pipelines, monitoring, support, etc.
