TK Elevator is currently seeking an individual to join us in our Sales Development Program in Philadelphia, PA. The Sales Development Program will coach individuals to advance into sales and leadership positions to effectively manage our business and interact with internal and external customers, all within a safe environment.
Program Requirements
Bachelor's degree
Successful completion of 2 phases of training
Be open to relocation based on company needs after successful completion of the program, with expenses paid
Phase I - Field Sales Training
Gain an understanding of the company's safety culture and policies by participating in the orientation class and safety training
Gain an understanding and experience of operations including new installation, modernization, repair and service of elevator
Complete online training modules and attend training events to gain a better understanding of the company and its products and services
Develop and deliver weekly presentations as well as a final presentation at the end of phase one training
Phase II - Office Sales Training
Participate in a number of activities associated with elevator sales, including New Installation Sales, Modernization Sales, Service Sales and Repair Sales
Shadow sales representatives in all lines of business to gain an understanding of the area business markets
Complete online training modules and attend training events to gain a better understanding of the company and its products and services
Gain a strong understanding of TK Elevator, it's mission and objectives, customer focus, safety, ethical standards, and compliance
Who we are looking for
Bachelor's Degree required
Strong computer skills and math aptitude
Technical aptitude to learn new software (Oracle, SAP, or other ERP systems)
Strong organizational, written and oral communications skills
This position requires up to 15% travel
