TK Elevator is currently seeking an experienced Training Coordinatorin Atlanta, GA.

Seed campus is TK Elevator's unique in-house training platform that enables our employees to continue to learn while ensuring we provide our business partners with the best resources and talent. From 12 international locations, our global seed campus delivers ongoing needs-based training for employees around the world. The executive team of TK Elevator North America is committed to making the seed campus a world class training organization with a world class facility opening in Spring of 2021. We need committed and talented people to achieve that status. This position will create a positive experience for students and instructors by handling the scheduling of classes, registration, enrollment, and roster reporting, and other related tasks. Responsible to ensure smooth and efficient organization of learning events and execution of back office administrative tasks. This job is someone who has a drive to push their own capabilities while interacting with equally enthusiastic and creative team members.

Essential duties and responsibilities:


  • Work with functional training areas to ensure that classes are scheduled for appropriate times and added to the training calendar.

  • Gather enrollment requests to enroll students in classes and communicate enrollment status.

  • Schedule rooms for classes and arrange classroom setup and catered lunches.

  • Deliver materials to on-site meeting rooms and vendor locations.

  • Gather post-delivery materials-enrollment forms, evaluations, and other delivery artifacts-from instructors; make sure these are stored appropriately in line with the training process.

  • Enter classes and students into database. Upload workflow status for some students.

  • Send out class registration and enrollment announcements.

  • Provide support for student issues with enrollment or technology, class change requests, and other last-minute needs.

  • Assist occasionally with loading content into online distribution systems.

  • Perform other various job functions as may be assigned.

  • Manage global LMS administration and training compliance

  • Manage the learner roster process for items such as user accounts, user roles, system roles, groups, SCORM settings and content administration

  • Develop metrics to support analysis and measurement of training programs

  • Assist in translation process for all instructional content

  • Administrative support of training delivery: sending of invitation letters to participants, organizing of participant's and trainer´s accommodation and catering, providing access to eLearning

  • Create required job aids, templates, and reference materials supporting the LMS and other eLearning resources (LinkedIn Learning)

  • Assist with troubleshooting and resolving issues escalated by end users

  • Event and Facility Management on and off-site: organizing and preparation of training room and catering, printing of training material, contact person for participants, ensuring course evaluation

  • Responsible for corporate identity activities in alignment with global project team: training catalogue & brochures, newsletter, marketing activities, articles, seed campus stories on internal communications platforms

  • Invoicing with suppliers and internal customers

  • Collaboration with Learning Managers in training material reviews & preparation for delivery

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • At least 5 years in a coordinator, administrator, or logistics role

  • Experience with Access or other database entry.

  • Requires valid driver's license.

  • Requires lifting boxes of manuals weighing up to 30 lbs.

  • Associates degree in Business or related subject.
