This position is located in Cincinnati, Minneapolis or San Diego; however, candidates in other locations (remote) will also be considered.
The Strategic New Business Account Manager plays an integral role within a small, fast-moving team developing new business opportunities with large accretive accounts across varying industries. This unique role will work with key department leaders across Claritas in creating out of the box solutions to meet our clients’ needs.
The Account Manager, working alongside 2 Account Directors, will be critically responsible for managing project workflow and the coordination between multiple internal teams. Agility, flexibility, and cross-collaboration are essential in this role as this interdependent team adapts and reacts as needed to help each other at any point of time. Expect a high level of synergy, communication, and mutual respect.
Operate as the lead point of contact for internal teams and manage project workflow through to final deliverable
Help in managing the design and creative content for paid social programs
Work hand in hand with Account Directors in nurturing ongoing client relations
Support the broader team, including Claritas CRO, in developing new business presentations (PPT) and RFPs as needed
Confidentially communicate within a peer team environment to solve problems and find solutions
Network and build relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. Become an indispensable resource to all.
Act as a liaison between clients and Claritas internal teams to manage multi-channel campaigns
Facilitate training for clients; coordinate with other departments as appropriate
Interact directly with clients to conduct demos, present analyses and provide recommendations using Claritas software, segmentation and databases to support client’s strategic initiatives
Provide feedback to team and identify process improvements where and when needed
Manage CRM input and sales forecasts in Salesforce
Assist Account Directors with pricing, custom quotes and contracting
Skills, Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Business Analytics or related field
Understanding of Marketing, Digital, CRM, Direct Marketing, Data Analytics, Agency, Advertising or related field experience
Digital Marketing concepts and firm understanding of digital ecosystem
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including PowerPoint, Excel
Excellent collaborative and influencing skills
Desire to work in a team environment
Excellent organizational skills with high degree of attention to detail
Excellent ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Digital (Social/Display) advertising experience
Working knowledge of Claritas Segmentation and Core data assets
Experience with Sales and Marketing automation tools and environments such as Salesforce
3+ Years of client services, customer support or other related experience
