Job Description:

The Bahia Mar DoubleTree is seeking a Front Desk Supervisor! A Front Desk Supervisor will be responsible for the following: Implements, coordinates and monitors Front Office training programs. Ensures that all new hires within the Front Office receive the necessary training to provide superior guest service using Company standards. Assists with daily Front Office operations and completes any special projects. Trains, supervises, schedules and assists in evaluating staff. Oversees front desk operations. Provides guest service, guidance and leadership to ensure consistent customer service is provided. Assigns and instructs team members in details of work. Monitors lobby traffic to make staffing adjustments accordingly. Resolves customer complaints. Trains, supervises, schedules and assists in evaluating staff.
