Job Description:

Master Data Management is an essential job function to ensure accurate and proper data in SAP. The role of the Customer Master Data Analyst is to create new customer accounts and assist in the maintenance of the Customer Master. This position will also assist with Accounts Receivable projects and collection efforts.


RESPONSIBILITIES:


New Account Set-Up - Process and review new account information.  Use existing Account Models to create the accounts in SAP.


Risk Assessment - Determine and input appropriate credit limits using documents provided by customer.  Assign risk category and Credit Analyst to the account.


Data Maintenance - Review and update existing accounts to ensure that new/current data standards are reflected.


Cross-functional Collaboration - Work with RSS in CS or Field Sales members to obtain appropriate documentation for account verification.


Compliance - Review accounts to ensure that all meet the compliance requirements as it relates to shipping, HCP, and business entities.


Accounts Receivable – Assist the credit and collections team with existing account collections. During key times in the fiscal year, support areas in AR that require additional resources.


Projects – Participate in and support projects as assigned by AR Manager.


Other Duties as Assigned - Complete other tasks as assigned by the AR Manager.


REQUIREMENTS:


 


 



  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting or related.

  • 1-3 years’ experience in data management.

  • Strong analytical skills.

  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel).

  • Ability to research and evaluate data.

  • Demonstrated problem solving skills.
